What does “custom” mean?

Every window we sell is custom measured and manufactured for your home. We can get as close as 1/8th of an inch to the current opening. This means a quicker and more effective installation with less hassle.
 

What does a quote include?

Our quotes always include the windows as well as installation and warranty. The price you see at your appointment is the price you’re guaranteed to pay, we won’t change your total due to unforeseen circumstances. Plus, quotes are always free + no obligation.
 

What forms of payment do you accept?

In addition to cash or check, we also accept all credit cards. We do have financing options available - if you’re interested let us know and we will provide you with all the details and information on how to get started.
 

What kind of lead time should i expect?

We don’t keep windows warehoused, every window put into your home will be built to order. This means a standard lead time is about 6-8 weeks from the time you order the windows to the time they will be installed.
